Hi, I'm Megan! I'm the baker, creator, business owner—and the heart behind Bluebonnet Bakes.
What started as a stress-relieving escape from the corporate world in December 2022 quickly turned into something much sweeter. I found joy in slowing down, getting my hands in dough, and creating cookies that not only tasted good but made people smile. Before long, a few batches turned into custom orders for friends and family, and soon after, Bluebonnet Bakes was born.
Rooted in my small Texas town of Taylor, Bluebonnet Bakes is my way of bringing warmth, nostalgia, and just a little sparkle to your everyday moments. I specialize in soft-baked cookies, royal-iced designs, cookie cakes, and seasonal treat boxes—all made from scratch with care, creativity, and lots of butter.
